And you’ll not be able to use the OEM License of Western Digital, so you would need to purchase a License Key from Lynx Tech. If those files/Shares are located on the My Cloud then you can either remove them or set the Media Sharing option for that Share that contains those files/folders to Off. Hi, it is possible to update the Twonky Server, but then you would void your Guarantee because you would need to Access your Device via SSH. You first need to figure out where (using Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder) the Share or files are located that Twonky is cataloging and showing to DLNA clients. Or one can remove an entire Share through the My Cloud Dashboard. One generally does not delete the files through Twonky, one generally deletes the files using Windows File Explorer or Macintosh finder or similar file management application. This comes pre-installed with Twonky Media Server. So How do I delete these files from Twonky when they are not in any shared folder on the MY Cloud NAS? of digital pictures so went whole hog and got the new Western Digital MybookWorld 2, 4Tb version. The only server I have is the MY Cloud NAS. I followed the below instructions (used for my book live with success): disable dnla server within mycloud web interface. Within it there is a twonky version 7, but I would to update it to the 8.3 version (I already bought a product key). Ok but this does not tell me how to delete files in twonky. I bought a new mycloud 4tb nas firmware version 2.11.
